Time: 7:30pm – 8:45pm
Venue: Online only
Fee: £5 per session
Type of Yoga: Hatha yoga for all abilities
Wednesday Online Yoga Class

Time: 7pm – 8:15pm
Venue: Online only
Fee: £5 per session

Lytham Seated Yoga Class For People With MS
When: Thursday
Time: 10:30am – 12 noon
Venue: Face-to-face at Lytham Methodist Church, Park Street, Lytham, FY8 5LU or participate online
Fee: Donations of £2 or £3
Type of Yoga: Gentle seated yoga for people with MS & allied neurological conditions. This class is supported by the MS Society.

Yoga Mornings
Yoga mornings will take place twice a month on the first and third Sundays of the month between 10am – 12:30pm.
The first yoga Sunday will be focused on Pranayama and Meditation, the third Sunday will be a themed yoga morning.
There are a limited number of face-to-face places available alongside online access.
Face-to-face places: £25 per session. Online places: £15 per session.

Renaissance Health and Healing was established in 2010 by experienced teacher Deborah Hopkinson, but Renaissance began long before then in 1996 when Deborah first qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga.
Our mission is provide treatments and therapies to help you maintain your health and well-being through a variety of yoga classes, including:
- 1-to-1 sessions £40

- group classes
- yoga retreats
- year-long courses based on Pranayama and Meditation
- yoga therapy classes for people with a variety of health issues.
We’re Highly Experienced
Deborah has practised yoga for over 30 years, starting in 1981 as a student at St Andrews University. She started yoga as a method of keeping fit and preventing herself from having back problems, which her father had lived with all of her life.
Once she started doing yoga, she found the benefits so profound that she never stopped. She trained to teach yoga in 1996, having already qualified as Primary School teacher in 1989.
Deborah’s interests in yoga are in pranayama and meditation as well as yoga as therapy.
Deborah has been studying under Yoga Therapist and medical Doctor, Dr Shrikrishna (www.shrikrishna.de) in Berlin, since 2010, working specifically on Pranayama & Meditation on 2 courses of 3 years continuous learning. She continues to study with Dr Shrikrishna today.
